Organization reliability cannot be understood in a collection of stills. Create visibility of decisions at points where systems connect.
An organization usually has many different management systems interacting internally and externally. Although a compliance check may tell you that all is within each system's boundaries, interpretation differences between systems may create gaps which are easily overlooked.
The organization reliability review takes the operations process as a point of departure. Jointly, we will make sense of how different management systems interact and synthesize and suggest improvements in interface management, system coverage, trade-offs, efficiencies, communication and overall governance.
